Shipping and Delivery
1. Service-Based Business
Mobile Notary Public & Loan Signing Services Inc. is a mobile, service-based business. We do not sell or ship merchandise or physical products.
Our services are provided by appointment and are subject to availability, travel distance, location, timing, and document readiness.
2. Services Offered
We may provide appointment-based services including:
Mobile notary services
Loan signing services
Estate planning document signings
Apostille support services
Witness coordination, when available
Other document-related mobile services as offered
All notarial services are performed in accordance with applicable California notary laws and procedures.
3. Appointment Availability
All services are by appointment only.
Submitting a request through our website, by phone, text, or email does not guarantee an appointment until it has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel an appointment request based on scheduling availability, service area, safety, document issues, legal compliance, or other business considerations.
4. Service Area and Travel
We provide mobile services within our designated service areas and surrounding locations, subject to availability.
Appointments outside our standard service area may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to additional travel fees, parking charges, tolls, waiting-time charges, or after-hours fees.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees may include:
State-regulated notarial fees
Mobile travel fees depend the distance we travel
After-hours or rush appointment fees
Witness fees, if applicable
Parking, toll, or extended travel charges
Apostille support or document facilitation fees, if applicable
Payment is due at the time of service unless another arrangement has been made in advance.
We may accept payment by cash, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation, no-show, waiting-time, or travel fee when:
travel has already begun,
the signer is unavailable upon arrival,
required identification is not available,
documents are incomplete or not ready,
the appointment details were materially different from what was provided at booking.
Cancelation less than 24 hours are subject to 50% reduction of payment processed online.
7. Identification Requirements
Every signer must provide acceptable identification or otherwise satisfy California’s legal identification requirements at the time of the appointment.
The signer must personally appear before the notary and must be willing, aware, and able to communicate directly with the notary. California notaries are required to identify the signer based on satisfactory evidence and personal appearance rules.
8. Personal Appearance Required
California notarial acts require the signer to personally appear before the notary public.
California notaries public cannot perform notarizations by webcam or remote online appearance at this time.
9. Document Readiness
Clients are responsible for presenting complete and review-ready documents at the time of the appointment.
We may decline to notarize documents that are incomplete, improperly prepared, missing required certificate language, or otherwise not suitable for notarization under California law.
10. No Legal Advice
We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice, immigration advice, or tax advice.
We do not advise clients on:
which notarial act is required,
whether a document is legally valid,
how a document should be completed,
whether a document will be accepted by a court, agency, lender, title company, or foreign jurisdiction.
Clients should consult an attorney or the requesting agency for legal guidance when needed. California’s notary rules and acknowledgment language make clear that notarization is about the signer’s identity and the act performed, not the truth or legal validity of the document itself.
11. Apostille and Document Support Services
Any apostille-related support we provide is a document facilitation service unless otherwise expressly stated.
We do not guarantee acceptance, processing time, or outcome by the California Secretary of State, consulates, embassies, foreign governments, courts, or other agencies.
Clients are responsible for ensuring their documents are accurate, complete, and properly issued before submission.
12. Witness Services
Witnesses may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
It is the client’s responsibility to confirm whether witnesses are legally required for the document. We do not determine legal witness requirements.
13. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, stop, or decline service whenever permitted or required by law, including when:
proper identification is not provided,
the signer is not personally present,
the signer appears unwilling, confused, coerced, or unable to communicate,
the document is incomplete or improper for notarization,
the requested act is not permitted under California law,
the environment presents a safety concern,
payment terms are not met.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Notary Public & Loan Signing Services Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or rejections caused by:
incomplete or inaccurate client information,
improperly prepared documents,
agency or government processing delays,
third-party courier or delivery issues,
rejection by receiving institutions or foreign jurisdictions,
circumstances outside our reasonable control.
