California notarial fees are $15 per notarized signature, per person, as allowed by state law. A separate mobile travel fee applies. For appointments in Burbank, Glendale, and Sun Valley, the mobile service fee is $60.00. Evening rates apply from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Our Translators specialize in certain subject areas, such as law, medicine, business, banking, technology, and science. Specialization requires an in-depth knowledge of the subject and its terminology in both the source and target languages.
Fees & Rush orders.
Some translators price their work based on the number of words in the source language, others charge by the number of words in the target language. Some base their fees on hourly estimates. When you need a fast turnaround on a translation project, we will ask the translator if he or she would be willing to work longer hours for an extra fee, frequently called "rush" charges. Rates vary by specialty and language.

What You Need to Bring
Acceptable Forms of Identification for Notary Services in California
State-issued driver's license
State-issued identification card
U.S. passport issued by the U.S. Department of State
U.S. military ID
State, county and local government IDs
Permanent resident card, or "green card," issued by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services*
Foreign passport*
Driver's license officially issued in Mexico or Canada*
Inmate ID issued by the State Department of Corrections or Federal Bureau of Prisons, if the inmate is in state or federal custody*
Inmate ID issued by a county sheriff, if the inmate is in the custody of the county sheriff*
The ID must be valid, unexpired, or must be issued in less than five years.
For example: if your ID is issued in January 10, 2018 but expiration is showing January 10, 2022 and you are meeting with a notary on January 11, 2022, that means your ID has been issued less than five years ago and the notary in California will be able to use it. However, if your ID is issued January 10, 2017 and it is expired January 10, 2022 and you are meeting with a notary on January 11, 2022 the notary cannot use your ID. You must bring two credible witnesses to Identify you and the notary need valid driver licenses from the two creditable witnesses. Because this is the law in State of California.
